RBC 2025 US Summer Analyst

Hey folks,

I noticed that RBC 2025 summer program is up. I was wondering if anyone has gone through the process and willing to provide some insights:

1. What will the interview timeline be like since it opens so early?

2. Are Canadian students eligible to apply for these programs or it's only for US students.

RBC typically interviews on a normal timeline to the other banks, they do this early posting nonsense every single year.

Regarding Canadians, they don't typically sponsor anyone, the only exceptions I have seen are for people working in big 5 banking in Toronto in their 2nd year summer for one of the competitors banks. Even in those cases they networked extensively and had explicit support from Partners. This can apply to any office, I know Canadians who have even interviewed for RBC LA.
