Rio tinto vs Cargill

Hey Monkeys,

I currently have the opportunity to choose between Cargill and Rio Tinto's trading division. Based on what I searched on LinkedIn these position are super niche; almost everybody has a ghost profile (DND type) and I was wondering if anybody have any insight on these type of spot trading role, what do they do and

With the opportunity to do full-time time should I still try to recruit for BB/HF? Has some people saying these are the shop you want to end up at (rio, cargill, prop firms)?

THanks
