Sales & Trading Assistant Salary

I received an offer for a sales & trading assistant position at a small cap mkt firm (less than 10 employees) in Western US. I'm hoping someone could give me a range on what I should expect for salary & commission share. They are sponsoring me for Series 7 & 63. Not sure if it even matters, but I have 10 years of back office experience and a MS in Finance. I appreciate any feedback as I'm doing my best to evaluate the offer.
