Soph Summer: Big4 SaT/TAS rotational program or keep hunting?

Currently have offer for Big 4 Strategies & Transactions / finance-related rotational program. Think M&A consulting, transaction diligence, business valuation, decision modeling & analysis, etc. Was wondering if this is something I should accept. For context, not looking to stay past this summer as I plan to go thru recruiting for SA24. Additionally, really into RX or maybe even LevFin. However, these jobs are ultra competitive and don’t want to limit my recruiting to those although they will be a priority. Just wanted to know how a Big 4 finance internship for sophomore summer would look for SA24 recruiting (both for general IB and debt-related product groups like RX).

Profile: soph at semi-target, walk-on athlete, most rigorous/coveted investment club on campus & best alumni network, 3.7-3.85GPA, no plans of having any off-cycle or semester internships nor have I completed any.

Some other notable possibilities that I’ll consider recruiting for are BMO, RBC IB soph internship, Met Life IM. If those fall through, I’ll have to grind to get a boutique shop via cold networking. Please factor this in as well as the current job market for Summer ‘23 soph internships
