Spot Trading Vs. Optiver advice
I have an offer in trading from Spot Trading and Optiver. I am wondering if you have advice/suggestions in the decision.

Sorry to jack your thread but could someone shed some light on the timeframe for Optiver? I passed their numerical test maybe 10 days ago, does that mean I'll definitely get an interview at least, or are they done hiring pretty much?

You will have to give us some more info. How does the compensation stack up? Is Spot Trading a market maker? Did you actually like anyone you met at either company?
Optiver is bigger and more corporate. If you're good you may be able to advance quicker at a smaller place like Spot.
