S&T: BB vs MM

Hey,

I'm interested in learning the differences between working in S&T at a BB and at a smaller bank (say BNP/HSBC/Nomura/...). I understand in IBD there's a difference in terms of deal flow, how is the experience in S&T in terms of day to day/exit opps? I understand it's desk dependent but I'm still interested in learning more.

Thank you very much.
