You aren’t old enough to be specialized in anything yet. (It’s only been what… 10 weeks?). What you have is an internship with a reputable employer. If the other industries are hiring for full time you will have that advantage over kids that don’t have internships with brand name employers.

Regarding internal moves to IBD from S&T: yes, it is possible if the firm likes you and wants to keep you (have seen this happen to a few interns, although not sure how likely this is in grand scheme of things).
Don't have evidence-backed answers for other questions, so don't want to spread false rumors.
