Yes, for superday the interviews are pretty behavioral. Know your resume inside and out. Have good questions for them. They seem to judge you based on whether or not they could see themselves working with you so try and make a connection with each interviewer. Our superday involved a quantitative exam, 4 30-minute interviews, and a team building exercise. Also know the markets inside and out - credit, equities, bonds, commodities, mortgages, currencies, etc.

I don't think that they even posted an S&T internship at Harvard.
UBS will send out invitations for super day by Jan 22, and super day is Feb 2.
They did all their interviews at my school last week.
super day is Feb 2nd this year? That is really early. Last year they were in late February/early March.

I go to a top Ivy. They interviewed here Jan 22. No one has heard back yet from the S&T side, though people on the IBD side have heard back.
