I wanted to know if anyone had some more up-to-date information regarding Credit Agricole's S&T team and what their culture, pay, and exit opps are like as a trader on their desk. I found a few sparse posts from years ago with incomplete information and wanted to see if anyone had some better insight.
I am mainly asking regarding their trading role and in a more junior position (SA/first 2 years)

No but was wondering as I had a friend who had received an interview. Any feedback?
had a first round phone interview a few weeks ago, havent heard back. did your friend hear about a superday?
He was offered a superday but I don't know if he went.

I've spoken to people who are there/have worked there. I know that the experienced rates/FX traders there are good. Their graduate program isn't nearly as developed as larger banks. Arguably a plus is that you have the chance to get more personal responsibility earlier on because it's a smaller firm. They are doing relatively well among the French banks probably by virtue of being smaller to begin with. Heard they fired a bunch of people in macro recently but that they've started making a bunch of experienced hires again. Look on like efinancialcareers and you'll see some news.
