what to do with summer

I am junior from non target majoring in applied math minoring in econ. In high school didn't really know what I wanted to do, and decided to go to a state school..a shitty one because I was recruited for soccer and I got a full academic scholarship. Now I am really interested in a career in trading or AM but I have had zero luck finding a summer internship.

I only have a summer internship in high performance computing and which to apply to mfins after I graduate.

What should I be looking to do this summer(unpaid at this point) that will both help my app for mfins and be good to have on my resume for trading. I don't really care how I spend my summer or if I get paid or not, I just want something that will help me get closer to a career in trading. thanks

Look for anything you can find. Use google this website and anyone you know who has any involvement in investments. Good luck as I know it can be frustrating.

"Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way. In twenty years, if you're still livin' here, comin' over to my house to watch the Patriots games, still workin' construction, I'll fuckin' kill you. That's not a threat, that's a fact.
