What's the comp progression in s&t?

I'm currently a junior studying economics and fortunate enough to bag a ft offer from one of the BBs in ldn!

I wanted to know what's the comp progression like from an to vp/director!

I already know that it's quite variable and depends upon the markets and bank performance but stil curious to know the ballpark figures!!

Thanks
