Why Quant Institutional S&T? Over BB S&T
Have experience at a BB in S&T, but re-recruiting for S&T full-time. Have an interview for a quant firm (JS/Optiver/Citadel) and was struggling with how to answer why S&T at a quant firm vs. staying at BB (apart from comp lol). Any structural differences in how trading works at either firm? or should i just lean into the firm-specific culture?
