Worst day in history for financial stocks?

I must say that today felt like the worst day in history for financial stocks. XLF was down 16%, brutal brutal brutal. Its kinda funny how people here are worried about getting offers, SA stints etc and the people that running these banks are wondering if they are going to be around in June.

Sellers just pounded them all day long with no relent, unreal. Ok that is all, everyone's thoughts?
