Umm am I missing something? What's the big deal about this video?
Paul Tudor Jones predicted "Black Monday" in 1987 and made a shit load off of it. The significance of this video is that it documents the whole thing basically (follows him months prior to it, and shows how and why he came up with his prediction). In addition, very few copies of it exist, because he requested that the documentary be removed from circulation.

Speaking of its rarity, the video has now been pulled from YouTube as well (I'm assuming PTJ found out and had it taken down). Hopefully you guys saw it while it was up, don't know if we'll ever see it available again.

...I also had heard of it but had never seen it. Love seeing PTJ in action along with the ridiculous 80's wall st fashion...red suspenders, ray ban wayfarers, skiing in Gstaad, etc. The narration and him screaming out orders like a lunatic are a bit cheesy but still, it is definitely a great glimpse at a pioneer of macro trading near the beginning of his run..
Whoever downloaded this video from youtube (I was too lazy) can you post it again under the name "Wall Street Oasis Video - PTJ". At least then it won't be taken down as quickly.
