AVP - Growth team
Anyone familiar with Axa venture partners? Particularly their growth team in London.
Looking for: track record, brand, culture, comp, anything else that may be relevant (eg liquidity).

Good guys. I think AXA is their largest LP which makes fundraising easy but they are independent from them (so not a CVC). Big fintech focus even if they say they are generalists and does mostly Bs and Cs I think - rarely later than that. Brand same as any other EU vc fund. Good place to be
Smart folks, technically a CVC but don't operate like a CVC. Don't have much insight into comp or culture.
have a few friends who work in their paris and london office, AXA still an LP but no longer the anchor for the fund, still affiliated to them by name though, do some interesting investments without the need for strategic backing but rather investing where they can leverage the AXA name
