CSG Partners - ESOP Investment Banking
Going through their website but thought I'd ask WSO peeps - what exactly does CSG Partners do? Do they do typical investment banking m&a sell side processes? What's an ESOP? What makes it desirable compared to "regular" investment banking (if I'm even phrasing that correctly)?
