Difference between starting a VC firm as opposed to starting an AngelList Syndicate?
AngelList Syndicates are supposedly awesome for angel investors because it makes it easy to quickly raise money for any deals you source while remaining the lead investor as long as you have a proven track record. But if you are an angel investor with a proven track record, why don't you just raise money from LPs and start a VC firm?
