Hey guys,
I'm a junior in college and an incoming summer analyst at a top sourcing-focused growth equity shop(Think Spectrum, Summit, Insight, GA). I was wondering what hours would generally look like both for the summer and for full-time sourcing analyst positions at these firms. Also, the base salary seems quite lower than IB. Does the bonus for GE analysts tend to be higher than IB?? Would love to hear your thoughts.
