Growth Equity / Late-stage VC Interview Prep - tips & prep buddies

I have spent three years in early-stage venture capital and am looking to move to late-stage VC (Series B+) or growth equity. I came to the realization that given my early-stage experience which is more qualitative, I lack some growth hard skills (modeling, 3 statement analysis, etc.)

1) Any good suggestions on technical interview prep?

2) Anyone in a similar situation and would like to do cases together?

3) Any clue on open positions (since most are not published on job boards)?
