Little bump here, but at the mid-level at least (VP-ish), I have seen almost nothing from my headhunter network in the GE landscape. It's actually been stressful as hell, especially after leaving my prior role a few months ago under the notion of finding interviews at a similar velocity as I have in the past.
Hoping for a return to the norm as we get closer to the end of the year, but even recruiters like Ratio who tend to crush this sector haven't really given me any opportunities. Apparently Spectrum out of SF was running a search a bit ago, but very tailored. Never received interest (think Ratio was running).

VP in Europe and haven't got a single opportunity from a headhunter since think December last year. However, managed to lateral but required real hustle. Feels really dry and don't really see why it'd bounce any time soon until fundraising significantly recovers
