Growth equity v Big4 CF v Regional boutique IB offer comparison

Regional IB Boutique, think no name, < 50 pax.

Big4 CF professional sell-side advisory career

PE, but growth equity. Think < 400mil USD. Think growth equity behaving more like VC than PE.

Which in order of priority & why. Thank you in advance.

Late 20s. Long-term career towards a leadership position, Think 10-15 year horizon, not necessarily fixated for immediate vertical promotion in exact same thing in next 2-3 years (vs my peers who are mostly interested to hit the top vertically in next 5 years).

I would like to build more contacts in an overall ecosystem of the deal value chain & be able to contribute revenue in the long-term. The location, thereafter of where I may be placed is therefore irrelevant. Think in 10-15 years time, send me to some emergent "frontier" market as a pioneer to build up deal pipelines from scratch, kind of idea.
