Does anyone have any info on Guidepost Growth Equity in Boston? Culture/Comp? Seems like they internally promote quite a bit but little information outside of their website

Like cold, not nice. Dont seem like fun guys to work with. Strict. You’ll get a feel when interviewing. I withdrew after getting scheduled for superday (withdrew before superday) because I don’t have the mental capcity or willigness to work with dicks.
I worked there and this couldn’t be further from the truth. These guys are awesome and fun to work with.
I left because I got an offer I couldn't refuse but would have run my career out there given the choice

Had friend that worked there and always seemed like decent comradery at the associate/analyst level. Hours seemed pretty good too.

Not really, my intel is pretty stale. But back then it seemed pretty in line with market for the fund size and growth equity model.
