IB > Strat Fin > ?

Hi Guys,

Posting this as slightly lacking direction in my career. For context, I spent 2 years in Tech M&A at a BB IB (MS, JPM, GS). Decided I wanted operating experience so joined a Series C start up in a Strat Fin role. Work is mainly Corp Dev (earlier stage start ups to accelerate product roadmap), Pricing, Unit Economics, GTM strategy etc. Realised it’s very interesting but a bit slow paced and would like to recruit for Venture / Growth. Not sure if I have enough experience to get into top funds, would business school first help? Just slightly lost - thanks
