I don't have any details at the moment. It's a huge shock to the industry right now. Came out of nowhere, and funny enough they had raised a sizable fund ($570M) earlier this year, so should have plenty of capital to invest & dry powder. Lots of rumors spreading through the industry, but nothing definitive I've seen yet. TBD...
