Point 72 Ventures - any information?
Does anyone have any additional information (Comp, WLB, Culture) at P72 Ventures? How do the VC arms of a hedge fund typically fair from a lifestyle and day-to-day perspective?

P72 Ventures is a decent shop. It's a dedicated team and set of funds separate from the main Point72 operation, though my understand is Steve Cohen is still reasonably involved. Very focused on AI and fintech. Team has expanded a lot in the past few years. Heard the culture is more sweaty than the average venture shop which permeates from Steve, though prob not much more than other crossovers like Coatue, Tiger.
