Pre-MBA VC salary
What is typical pre-MBA compensation at a VC firm in a major market (e.g. SF, NYC) after two years of IB or consulting? I've heard the total comp is lower than PE, but looking for information about typical base salary, bonus, and carry ranges.

No promises, but maybe one of our professional members will share their wisdom: Bn088 fundinvestoraz @Mario-Zillner"
I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
Anyone have any information about ranges?
$0 - $5MM
Varies a lot compared to other industries. Overall cash comp is generally lower or on par with banking 2nd/3rd year analyst. Growth stage firms will pay more. Pay will skew towards higher base comp and lower bonuses. Pre-MBA associates rarely get carry.
What about comp for "Senior Associate" roles in VC? This is after IB and 2 years in PE.
