Raising Capital for Friend's Startup While at Bank
Has anyone advised a startup (friend's or otherwise) on raising funds while still working at an investment bank?
Friend is offering a cut of the business I have been advising on if I spearhead the pitchdeck / financial projections. Not sure if any concerns about being a licensed rep while undergoing this task as it may be considered capital raising.
Would appreciate any first-hand experience or insight.
