Just got my phone interview invite, how did yours go? Was it brain teasers as we thought? In the invite it said to have pen and paper ready because of the unique nature of it so I assume it might be some math involved

I mean for what they do they are industry leaders for sure. Just Google them and check out their website. If you want to do research/trading for them it is an awesome experience and the lifestyle benefits are absolutely top notch.

Hey did you have the first round yet and was it specific to Growth Equity? I also got a first round scheduled for next week but I applied through the Equity Research app. My interview is with a recruiter but it said to have a pen and paper so I have no idea what to expect.
For anyone who went through the SGE process last summer: what is the structure of the process like? Any insight on junior comp?
Went through their process and ended up with an offer- casual interviews, very fit based except for one case study. cool shop and culture seems good
