Hi mates,I'm currently applying for VC jobs, so to prepare myself and perform better on interviews, I'd like to exchange any material from my personal library for VC resources (cap table examples, term sheets, dd guides, pitches, real case studies, etc.). I have LBO / infra case studies and models, as well as guides / models from well-known street courses (even industry-specific).
