VC Internet / Software Database
Hi WSO, been lurking around here for awhile but decided to see if the community could give a few good tips on an assignement ;-)
I'm searching for a database/research report that details VC firms specializing in the Internet / Software sectors. Ideally, it would detail names of portfolio companies, types of financing used, investment criteria, stage preferences, etc, the usual type of data a MD would like to see. Firms based in the US, but investments can be anywhere.
I've already done my Googling, so if anyone has good recommendations, would certainly be appreciated! =)
Would actually be something quite similar to Crunchbase, but having everything in Excel?
