VC/Growth: Temasek vs. SoftBank Vision Fund?

For those of you in growth/venture, how would you compare Temasek vs. SoftBank Investment Advisors? Mainly want to diligence the reputation aspect of each, for both US and Europe. Both roles are mainly doing Series C+ growth equity, with some flexibility to do earlier

Having difficulty choosing given they seem more similar than different on the surface. Based on my DD so far, both deploy pretty actively and always insist on leading rounds, have lots of dry powder (maybe less so for SoftBank now), and are probably less shrewd than your typical top-tier US VC/growth firm in terms of valuation-sensitivity and less tough in term sheet negotiations.

I heard from quite a few sources that SoftBank has a pretty negative reputation in the industry, but just looking at base salary, SoftBank pay is looking 10-15%+ higher than Temasek. On the other hand hours and culture at SoftBank seem quite a bit worse.

Any thoughts or datapoints? Would appreciate it
