Venture Capital in Pittsburgh for BB?

This question is most likely going to come across as very vague but I'm looking for whatever insight any of you have to offer. Would experience at a venture capital fund in Pittsburgh be in any way relevant enough to look good on a resume for BB? In other words, even if it is at a relatively small fund could I word it appropriately to make it relevant experience?

PGH is actually a big hot spot for VC. Google, CMU, all out there. The city has really put a lot of effort behind positioning themselves in this space.
