Doing free cold outreach for Wealth Management Firms?

Hello, I'm a community college student in my sophomore year looking to do cold outreach in person for wealth management firms looking for new clients for them in my area for free this summer so that I can gain some experience on my resume. I know that CC students usually have a tough time getting into internships before heading to a 4-year and I've had no luck so far with getting any interviews.  What are the best ways to go about offering to do cold outreach for these firms? Any specific way I can word my offer or reach out for a higher chance of success? Any other advice any of you might have for someone in my position looking to get experience is greatly appreciated.
