Goldman Sachs PWM vs Morgan Stanley PWM

Hey guys,

I got an offer from both Morgan Stanley PWM team as Client service associate on an established team with 10b+ in AUM
the Goldman role is called Wealth management professional associate, however you come in as a floater until you find an established team to join. So risk joining a less established team depending on openings.

any insight on both firms for their PWM? Which company has better long term in terms of growth, career and learning opportunities?

Thanks
