2022 Graduates IB Salaries, Bonus, Sign-On Bonuses
Saw the 2021 thread and thought it'd be appropriate to start one for 2022
For those of us who are graduating college in the next month or so and starting our careers in IB....what is your salary, sign on bonus, and expected bonus. Try to state general location, type of bank, etc.

Is this jef?
Where is this?
Thought jef paid higher bonuses if AN1s were clearing 200-250 when base was 85k?
This still gets you to 225k on the upper end. Just trying to be conservative here. Plus I don’t think any bank will keep the bonus percentage the same - i think it’s at-least partly moving bonus to base.
How common is it to make that range as an Analyst 1?
Curious to know if bonus is usually dictated as a % of base (50% to 70%) in the offer letter or if the offer letter simply states there is a bonus and you are looking at historical percentages.
BB offer letter doesn't have a % of base, just that there is incentive comp etc.

Keep in mind, COL in Chicago (assuming this is where he's at) is about 30% lower than NYC. So not as boned as it sounds I guess.
Is this in Chicago, or a lower col state like in Michigan or Ohio?
Does anyone have insight on the typical salary of someone who goes into wealth management post grad?
Maybe I’m crazy but I think you all are on crack. You’re basing bonuses off of two remarkable record setting years.
