Average first-year comp. at reputable prop. shops?

I wanted to know what the average first year compensation is at a reputable (salary paying) proprietary trading shop. I realize it might be tough to get an average since people can make $250K +, $40K, or absolutely nothing since you fully control your compensation and there no buckets like at the BBs.

Would it be reasonable though to expect $70-90K for a slightly above average first year trader and $100K+ for a really good first year trader?

I have decided to join one of the more reputable, salary paying shops and wanted to know how it compares to compensation opportunities at BBs.
