Baird Equity Research Interview

Over the past few months, I've been strictly set on IB, so I've been prepared for those types of interviews. I ended up getting an on campus, virtual, 30 min zoom interview and little perplexed as how I should prepare. What are some of the things I should be focused at looking at. I assume I'd be asked questions like Why ER, Why Baird, Tell me about yourself, but in terms of technicals I'm unsure.

I bet I'd have to give a stock pitch. If anyone knows a good format that I can use and how long it should be that would be much appreciated.
