Actually $200k - looks like OP fixed above. Confirmed with that matrix.

 

Spoke with a good buddy who works there:

Analysts bumped to $110k first year and $115k for non-first years

Associates bumped to $200k base

VPs bumped to $250k base

This is following the summer bonuses ($10k, $15k, $20k for AN, AS, VP)

Really strong move on their part. 

 

This is not a troll - Baird pays extremely well... particularly for top performers from what I hear.
