Baird Written Test & Superday

Does anyone know what the Baird written test is like for an experienced analyst hire? Also, do you know where I could maybe find an similar example or practice exam. Any superday details would be greatly appreciated, ie. format of superday, types of questions, etc. Thanks!

These types of written tests are usually just to make sure you aren't just someone who interviews well but also has some substance (i.e., you can write at some basic level). Usually it's just reading a teaser or a CIM and then writing some short analysis about the company, much like in PE interviews.

Baird also does a lot of PE-backed sell side M&A, so it's probably very important to them that you can write because you'll be drafting a lot of CIMs.

Did this last year for their Superday. It was not too bad as long you someone who could synthesize the most relevant information from the case in the allotted time without stressing over the minute details too much (This seems to general but....)

The is more like an analysis of a potential deal and highlighting the most important aspects of the transaction. Really more to test you writing skills (As an executive told me).

I'm glad I was able to start a discussion on Baird superday dates, but does anybody have any information on the content of the writing test?

Have you been invited to the superday? If so, when did the invitation go out?
