Hi WSO,
I'm a local home builder looking for the best way to make directional bets on home prices in the USA. I follow the Peter Shiller Home price Index but I can't find any ETF or index that tracks it. I'm aware of spread-betting in the UK but haven't found an equivalent for the US.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Mikeshannon610 , the ETF HOMZ may be what you are looking for. From their website, "HOMZ invests in 100 domestic companies involved in the housing industry including residential REITs, homebuilders, home improvement companies, and real estate services and technology firms."
Is that approach too indirect for what you're looking to do?
