Best way to investment $300,000?
Hi- so an alumni advised me to save 300,000 (saving 60,000 each year for the next 5 years) if I want to buy property and rent it. I’m 24, and let’s say when I’m 29 - I have 300,000. Is real estate the best to invest that money? Any other options on how to invest that money? Or should I focus on starting another business (service based business). The key is having the option to not work when I’m 30 till I die.

Lump sum $30k each Friday into VTI over the next 10 weeks… and do nothing. Cheers.
