Boulder, CO - Grey Mountain Partners
Just curious to know if anyone has any information on this firm or knows anyone who has worked there?
I'm looking for info on the culture, hours etc. and how it might compare to other Denver based shops (Platte River, KRG, Bow River, KSL, Lariat, others)
Only info available on WSO seems to be quite dated and from a couple of threads from ~ 5 years ago.
Cannot comment on comp or hours, but from an outsiders' perspective, it's a solid MM group. I'd put it in the mix with KRG, Revelstoke, Platte River.
Boulder, is a great place to live, people are well educated and open minded, as for the company I cannot say but the location is great, compared to other places in Colorado.
You may also want to look at the KPMG Corp finance (shameless plug for my old company), but their biggest IB office is Denver. They recently bought St. Charles Capital, which I believe had pretty decent reputation?
Actually Chicago is larger.
Not according to the Denver OMP after the ST. Charles acquisition. He may have been mistaken though?
Denver is small now. A lot of the St. Charles people left after the acquisition.
