Capital Group CAP role?
I saw a posting for the Capital Associates Program at Capital Group and am interested in applying. I know it's a relatively new program replacing TAP and is supposedly more focused on rotations within the investment group, whereas TAP had rotations across firm divisions. Does anyone have more insight about this new program? Capital Group is of course a well-regarded company with a great reputation, but I'm wondering if this role specifically is good for future opportunities as an investor, and other factors like pay, culture towards undergrad hires, progression, exits etc.
Bump, curious as well
