CDC Group Interview (Private Equity Direct)
I have an upcoming interview with the CDC Group (http://www.cdcgroup.com/)
Any thoughts on what I should expect? (Outside of the regular walk me through resume type Qs)
I assume it will be tailored to impact investing - anyone done an interview with IFC? Would assume it would be similar

They will try to understand your interest and connection with emerging markets, so you need to be able to articulate these.
Also, they are very "impact" focused, hence you need to provide examples on how a financial investments can benefit the local community. The rest is pretty standard for any type of PE interview.

How does this compare to vanilla PE interviews from a technical perspective? Can you expect paper LBOs etc?
