Centerview Partners First Round Technical Phone Interview
Hey guys, I have a phone interview with Centerview tomorrow afternoon with their tech group for an Analyst position (2019) and was told it'd be technical in nature. I was planning on prepping by focusing on my background, deals the firm has done that I like, overview of precedents/public/dcf, review some tech companies I like/why, and review the M&A process/different drivers of a transaction.
Is there anything I'm missing here? Really like the firm and want to do well in this interview. Thank you!
can i ask you what exact location, because i thought it was a generalist program

Hey, can you provide me with some insights/Interview questions on Centerview's SA first round and superday
full time recruit for generalist wont start till at least 3rd week of august

from the individuals i spoke to, which is for SA not FT. they love brainteasers (ex: how many golf balls fit in a plane, stuff like that). Know your technicals, but they love to see how you think creatively through different situations
Thank you -- someone I spoke with there mentioned something similar. He said expect to be stumped.
know how to do a paper accretion dilution for the phone call
Awesome, thank you!
Hey what questions did you get asked? I have a first round coming up soon and am shitting pants for it
How do you land a first round recruitment interview? Dream firm for when I graduate college.
