Considering a trip to Israel. How safe / fun is it?

A buddy of mine went a couple of years ago and said he had a fantastic time, but that was pre Covid. He really talked up the party scene and the dancing ability of the locals (google "dancing Israelis" to see examples).

I had a few trips to Tel Aviv pre-Covid because of partnerships in the PE/VC space. Really enjoyed it there, very nice culture, food and people.

This guy is trying to say Jews did 9/11.  There's a fake conspiracy claiming Israelis were dancing after 9/11 and the goal is to make people stumble upon it by accident.  I've seen a variant of this joke about an alleged video of Gal Gadot dancing.

This place has become grievancecentral.com.  I blame WSO.com for this type of bullshit.  They allow people to post anonymously which gives them a platform to insult people and share their racist/anti-Semitic views.  This kind of crap needs to go to 4chan.  CRE use to say that WSO was a mistake and now I believe it.

The Zionist lobby orchestrated it 100% and Larry Silverstein benefited off it if you really want to go there.

People are waking up. Which is GREAT.

That’s not really true at all - the argument is more that the state of Israel (not Jews generally, who were disproportionately killed on 9/11) had prior knowledge of the attacks and chose not to inform America because they realized that it would align American foreign policy with Israeli interests. The “dancing Israeli” story is genuinely bizarre and it’s completely believable that they were Mossad. Not necessarily true - but not implausible.

but thanks for your 100 IQ reddit take Drumpfy (you idiot)

Your logic is flawed in that most people in the US and elsewhere are going to associate Jews with Israel.   Would you like to take a guess as to why?  Well, Israel is recognized by most people as a Jewish state.

When the World Trade Center was crashed into in 2001, the country of Saudi Arabia was not the only country or people to be chastised and blamed for the incident.   Arab people from all countries including the US were blamed for the terrible terrorist attack.

So let me get this straight: the Mossad knew that 9/11 was coming.  Not just the ones spying on militant groups Afghanistan but also random low ranking agents in NYC of all places.  And their first reaction was to blow their cover and start dancing in public?

This fits right in line with the classic fascist propaganda strategy: the enemy is both too strong and too weak.  Strong enough to figure out 9/11 before anyone else, dumb enough to fucking dance when it happens.

Funniest

If you dislike Jews and buy /pol/-tier bait, you were certainly smart to choose a career in investment banking

I’m a fun guy. Obviously I love the game of basketball. I mean there’s more questions you have to ask me in order for me to tell you about myself. I'm not just gonna give you a whole spill... I mean, I don't even know where you're sitting at

Some of these anonymous guys have deleted their comments.  I guess they finally realized the purpose of this topic, which is to encourage anti-Semitism or at least to joke around about it.  There is nothing funny about anti-Semitism.

Yeah man, this topic is totally anti semite bait! Definitely not some paranoid, sensitive Jewish guy!
