DCM Hours WFH and Senior Lifestyles?

We all have been hearing and many have been experiencing the long WFH hours across IB, but I was wondering how it has been in DCM specifically. From my understanding, DCM generally is one of the best groups for lifestyle, so I was just wondering how WFH for the DCM people has been.

Also, how is the lifestyle for DCM at the senior level? I know I just said I understand DCM has one of the best lifestyles in IB, but I have seen conflicting information. I've seen some threads saying DCM associates normally get out by 7pm while others have said it's really not that much better than traditional IB. I also haven't seen many threads about DCM lifestyles at the senior level which is what I'm wondering how it's like. If I plan on being family-focused by late 20s to early 30s, is a long-term career in DCM good?
