EC and leadership suggestion for HYP undergraduate to get in PE

Hi, I am new here. Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions.

I am a freshman at one of HYP. I am interested in PE. My concentrations/majors are in Economics and Mathematics. I have too much fun the first semester (party too much), and the first semester's GPA is slightly below 3.8. I will adjust the balance between academics and social life, and improve my GPA.

The major honors that I have received so far: US Presidential Scholar (academic category), a few national-level piano competition honors, performance at Carnegie Hall, and a few named scholarships at my university tied to financial aids.

I applied to two competitive clubs at the beginning of the Fall semester, but did not get in. I will try it again this coming fall and expand the list of the clubs.

I did an mobile tech/contents internship in Asia last summer. I am working on another internship for this coming summer either in fintech startup (Asia), local investment management (US), or local IB (US).

My ECs center around music and piano performance. My voluntary work includes performing at senior housing throughout New England. I am thinking about creating a piano trio or chamber ensemble at my university and do some theme-based presentation and performance at nearby public schools.

My question is whether my ECs are too lopsided on music. I wish I could do some sports, but I would rather not. In addition, I will try to join a few clubs, but I am not quite sure whether I can land a leadership role. Can you provide some suggestions on preparing/enhancing my ECs and leadership for the next 3 years? Thank you very much.
