Enlisted Vet Resume Help

Hello all, I'm an enlisted vet who has been out for over a year and was toiling away at a cc until recently, when I was admitted to a semi-target as a freshman insert steve buscemi meme. So the question is, should I put the cc and meaningless jobs I did on my resume when it comes time to hit those sweet diversity internships up, or should I focus on expanding the education section to include school stuff I will be doing (i.e. athletics, clubs, etc) and volunteering I've done. Thank you!
