I'm interested in learning more about what Goldman Sachs does in the TO offices.

First of all, how does the company perform versus RBC Capital markets, and other satellites firms? Does it close more deals? Has more impact in the Canadian capital markets? Feel free to add what you have in mind.

Secondly, I want to clarify the compensation in Canada aspect. Is is similar to US? Is is better or worse than RBC? What can you expect for junior and senior bankers, and what is the highest an MD could reach (at GS compared to RBC or the likes)

Don't hesitate to add as much valuable information as you desire, I'm trying to learn as much as possible about the Canadian banking industry.
